These General Terms and Conditions of Sale clearly and completely govern the conditions to be applied to the purchase of luxury clothing of the "CATALINA" brand through the Website www.catalinadogaru.com, offered and distributed by Design Cati Dogaru S.r.l.
The User is required to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing an online order. When placing an order through the aforementioned web page, confirming that they have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the User-Consumer declares to accept the conditions and terms specified below.
The goods covered by these General Terms and Conditions are for sale by Design Cati Dogaru S.r.l., owner of the Website www.catalinadogaru.com, with registered office in Italy, Casoli (CH) in the Industrial Zone Casoli Ovest s.n.c., Tax Code and VAT number 02385060682, which can be contacted at the addresses contact@catalinadagaru.com and/or PEC designcdsrl@legalmail.it, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller".
With this "online sales" contract, respectively, the Seller sells and the Buyer purchases remotely through electronic tools the luxury clothing of the "CATALINA" brand offered and distributed by Design Cati Dogaru S.r.l..
For each good offered for sale, Design Cati Dogaru S.r.l. will provide a clear and complete description of the characteristics of the product that Buyers are invited to read carefully. In order to facilitate Users and Buyers in understanding the quality and special features of the articles, the Seller may use photographs, videos, graphic or iconographic representations of the products. The trade names or distinctive signs of any nature contained on the Website are intended to provide as much information as possible to the User and/or Buyer about the product.
The Seller ensures through the electronic system used the processing and fulfillment of orders without delay. The availability of products is indicated in real time in the "product sheet", which also indicates whether they are out of stock or not immediately available. If an item is no longer available after the completion of the order, the Seller will notify the Buyer of the total cancellation of the order. In the case of an order involving a plurality of products (a "Multiple Order"), if the unavailability concerns only some of the products covered by the Multiple Order, the Seller will immediately notify the Buyer by email and the latter will therefore be entitled to immediately terminate the contract, limited to the unavailable or unavailable products. In the event that the Buyer does not confirm the order and the total amount due has already been paid, the Seller will refund the total amount without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 working days from the sending of the order.
The price of the Products offered on the Website is that indicated on the web page at the time of purchase by confirming and sending the order form. In the event that a promotional campaign is active on some specific products, the price of the goods on the Website will be indicated by reporting the original retail price normally charged and crossed out, and the reduced price for the time of the promotion. If the Customer has received an individual discount code, the original price before the discount application will be indicated in the order form, crossed out, followed by the discount or individual discount percentage, and finally, the actual sale price for the Customer. The price of the product offered through the Website: includes VAT and any other applicable taxes. The shipping costs are free in Italy while for the countries of the European Union and non-EU countries, the shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery address, weight and volume of the goods and products. Before completing and finalising the purchase, the Customer may verify on the order form, the final purchase price with details of: any promotional discount granted, taxes due, shipping costs, with an indication of the final price due and the actual price to be paid. In any case, Design Cati Dogaru Srl cannot be held liable: (a) in the event that other sellers offer identical articles at an original price that is different or lower than the price charged; (b) in the event of unintentional publication on the Website of a price referring to a certain product that is clearly lower than the price on the market at the time of sale, when this amount is evidently too low in the eyes of an average consumer; (c) in the event of sales whose final amount appears manifestly incorrect to the average consumer, when this error is due to technical errors.
The purchase of Products through the Website is completed by the Buyer by confirming the order, following the wizard activated with the "Checkout" button. By sending the order form, the Buyer acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure, as well as the additional information contained on the Website relating to the Privacy Policy, and to fully accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. When the Seller receives the order from the Buyer, it shall send a confirmation email and a summary of the order. The order number, generated by the system and communicated by the Seller in relation to the purchase made, must be used by the Buyer in any subsequent communication with the Seller.
The Seller shall deliver the product(s) selected and ordered by means of GLS Express Courier. GLS allows the Customer the tracking of the shipment through its own service and the use of the tracking number, which the Seller will communicate to the Customer by email, after the delivery of the items to the courier. The order shall be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer within the delivery terms indicated by the courier and, in any case, within three (3) / five (5) working days from the date the package is handed over to the courier, unless otherwise notified. Delivery is considered to have been made when the purchased goods are placed at the disposal of the Customer, or a third party designated by them, at the place of delivery indicated by them. The Seller undertakes to deliver the purchased items in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer in the order form. The address cannot be a box or postal code. The address indicated by the Customer must be an address at which delivery can be made during normal working hours. If the delivery of the product is not possible because the recipient is not present at the time of delivery of the products to the address indicated by the Buyer (or another authorised person), the courier will agree on a new delivery. GLS may inform the recipient of an incoming shipment or a non-delivery. Alternative options for a second delivery on a different day, or at a GLS Service Point, may be made available to the recipient. If after the second delivery attempt, the Customer has not contacted the courier, the goods will be returned to the warehouses of Design Cati Dogaru Srl. In this case, Design Cati Dogaru Srl will reimburse the Buyer exclusively the price of the ordered and undelivered items and the latter must bear the shipping and return costs, as well as any related insurance costs for the goods shipped. In the event that, after the delivery of the products, the Customer notices that the packaging is damaged or, once the packaging is opened, that the products are damaged by transport, or different from those ordered or, again, that some items relating to the same order are missing, the Buyer must notify the Seller as soon as possible and, in any case, within 5 days of delivery, to allow the timely reporting of the defect to the carrier and to provide for the immediate replacement of the goods or the refund of the Buyer, in accordance with the applicable law. In particular, the Customer is invited to refuse delivery if the packaging is tampered with.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the product purchase contract without having to provide any reason within a period of 14 calendar days (the "Withdrawal Period"). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after: a) in the case of an order relating to a single product, the day on which the Buyer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the Buyer itself, acquires physical possession of the product; b) in the case of a Multiple Order with separate deliveries, the day on which the Buyer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Buyer itself, acquires physical possession of the last product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller of its decision to withdraw before the expiry of the "Withdrawal Period". To this end, the Buyer may: - proceed with the notification of withdrawal by sending an email to contact@catalinadagaru.com with the subject "Order withdrawal" indicating the articles or items it intends to return. Once the notice of withdrawal has been received, the Seller will send an email containing the data in order to proceed with the return. The Buyer is free to exercise the right of withdrawal and to return the products at its own expense within a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which it notified the Seller of its decision to withdraw. The term is understood to be respected if the Buyer returns the product, appropriately packaged, to the following address Cati Dogaru Design Srl - Zona Industriale Casoli Ovest, s.n. - 66043 Casoli (CH). In this case, the Company notifies the Buyer that: (1) it is appropriate to use a service with tracking or return receipt that must be communicated to the Seller; (2) the Seller will reject the products returned by means of transport on delivery; (3) the Seller will not be responsible in the event of non-receipt of the Products and in this case will not return the sums collected. In the event of withdrawal, the Customer shall be entitled to a refund of all payments made to the Seller with the exclusion of shipping costs provided that the Products are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, have not been used (except to the extent necessary to verify their conformity with the description), washed, damaged, stained, punctured, with pulled threads, with perfume, or lost prior to return. The Seller will proceed with the refund due to the Customer, after the return of the goods and as soon as the quality control procedures are completed, no later than 14 days except for closures for summer and winter holidays, in this case at the first reopening. Quality check: as the Seller offers luxury and high-value clothing items for sale through the Website, it will check the quality condition of the garment before refunding the returned products. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, with the original packaging and labels. The removal of the garment label is considered unreserved acceptance of the item, and any return of a garment without the labels, since it can no longer be sold, will prevent a refund. The Customer must return the product in the same packaging in which they received it: in the event that the product is not sent in the original packaging, it may be subject to a depreciation chargeable to the Customer. The return package must contain the return documentation. Once the quality check has been completed, the Seller will send the Customer an email confirming receipt, with details of the refund and will proceed to credit the refund within 24 hours. The actual crediting of the refund due to the Customer's account or card depends on the timing of the credit institution or issuer. Return of defective products. The Buyer shall in any case be entitled to a refund of all payments made to Design Cati Dogaru Srl for the return of defective products and/or delivered products that do not correspond to the order placed. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Buyer for the initial transaction.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale as published and accepted at the time of purchase by the User and/or at the time of registration by the Customer, govern exclusively and specifically any purchase made between Design Cati Dogaru Srl and the Users through the Website and replace any other agreement or contract, in verbal or written form, including those previously concluded between the parties. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are not applicable to any other form of online or email sales. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are amended from time to time by the Seller, also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on the Website. Any nullity or ineffectiveness of any clause of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall not entail the nullity of the other clauses or of the Contract. The failure by Design Cati Dogaru Srl to exercise any right deriving from these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall not be construed as a waiver of such right, except for the explicit waiver in writing by Design Cati Dogaru Srl, the prescription of the right and the related action. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale have also been translated into English. In case of doubt about the interpretation and application of the clauses, the Italian text shall prevail.
The Seller assumes no responsibility for disruptions attributable to force majeure, in the event of failure to execute the order within the times provided for in the Contract. The Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer, except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for any inefficiencies or malfunctions connected with the use of the Internet outside its control. The Seller shall also not be liable for damages, losses and costs suffered by the Buyer as a result of the non-execution of the Contract for causes not attributable to it. The Seller assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent and illegal use that may be made by third parties of credit cards and other means of payment when paying for the products purchased, if it demonstrates that it has taken all possible precautions based on the best experience at the time and ordinary diligence, in compliance with the regulations in force at the time of purchase.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law in accordance with the European Directives on e-commerce and distance contracts. In the event of disputes or litigation arising from the purchase of Products through the Website or from the application of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and for the resolution of any conflict, the Seller and the Buyer are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the city where the consumer has their habitual residence or domicile. For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, a "consumer" is any natural person who is acting for purposes unrelated to their entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity, if any, pursuant to Art. 2 Dir. 2011/83 EU. In the event that the Buyer is a consumer, and in the event that the legal conditions exist, it is also possible to have recourse to the alternative dispute resolution bodies referred to in Articles 141 ter and 141 decies of the Italian Consumer Code. It should also be noted that the European Commission provides consumers with a tool to resolve disputes amicably online (Article 14, paragraph 1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013), accessible on the Website http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
It is hereby declared that the Buyer has fully read the above clauses and conditions and, in particular, those set forth in points 7, 8, 10 and 11, the provisions of which are accepted by the Buyer to all effects of law and, in particular, pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code.

To place an order, select the color and size of the product you wish to purchase, then add the product to your cart. You can modify or validate your cart before making the payment. Once you have selected the items, complete the order by clicking on "Checkout". You will be asked to choose the payment method and enter the shipping details. Check that the information entered is correct and click on "Pay Now".
After making a purchase on catalinadogaru.com you will receive an email confirming your order within a few minutes. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery of your package.
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee that your order can be changed once it has been submitted.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders are shipped with GLS (domestic deliveries). You can also track your package by entering the tracking number directly on the shipping service's website.
All orders are shipped with GLS and require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available when your package arrives, the courier will make two additional attempts to deliver your purchase.
Normal processing time is up to 4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order. You should receive your order within 6 business days of placing your order.
Delivery times may vary by country. Delivery to “rural” addresses may result in longer delivery times.
The courier makes deliveries on working days (with the exclusion, therefore, of Saturdays, Sundays and local and national holidays), from 09.00 to 18.00
During sales periods there is an increase in the number of orders which may cause a slight delay in shipping.
We offer free shipping and returns throughout the country (excluding islands) by GLS courier (national deliveries). For all other destinations, shipping costs and any customs duties will be highlighted in the order check-out phase.
You can return any item purchased on CATALINADOGARU.COM within 14 days of the item being delivered. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Worn, used (washed, soiled, with strong cigarette odor), altered or damaged merchandise will not be accepted. Please use the original packaging included in the shipment to return any item. If you are interested in a different size, please contact us immediately at contact@catalinadogaru.com to check product availability. If this item is in our warehouse, we will hold it for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address indicated in your original order. Please note that exchanges for a different style or color are not possible.
Goods returned to the warehouse via courier will be processed within 6 working days of receipt.
